This monitoring and observability engineer is responsible for building and maintaining monitoring infrastructure for a Python-based application. The role requires expertise in observing systems, monitoring application performance, and ensuring the stability of the system. This includes automated tasks for software maintenance, as well as automation experience with tools like Ansible.
Requirements
- Must Have Knowledge of Windows or Linux (preferably both)
- Experience with monitoring/observability solutions
- Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking)
- Experience working on projects with others and completing individual tasks
- Experience performing routine software maintenance tasks
- Good to Have Automation experience with Ansible, scripting, etc.
- Application Performance Monitoring (APM) experience
- Scripting/Programing experience - Python, Powershell, .NET, etc.
- Agile/Scrum experience
- Experience with New Relic, ServiceNow and Jira
- Azure cloud experience
Requirements Summary
