The Naval Release Train Engineer will apply Agile best practices to support a development and solution team in modernizing and creating efficiency in critical projects. The successful candidate will work alongside clients to deliver impactful capabilities and solutions to support the warfighter.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in DoD engineering and science management, operations research analysis, or financial and cost analysis
- Experience as a Release Train Engineer (RTE) serving multiple teams and providing tasking and prioritization
- Experience with SAFe, Kanban, or Lean-Agile processes and methodologies along with Agile software project management tools, including ServiceNow
- Experience as a Scrum Master, including backlog grooming, spring planning, stand-ups or team syncs, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and Program Increment (PI) planning
- TS /SCI clearance
- Bachelor's degree
