We are looking for an experienced Network & Security Engineer to design, implement, and operate the network and security estate at Barings. The ideal candidate will have proven technical expertise and a passion for innovation.
Requirements
- Design, implement, and operate the network and security environment
- Provide technical leadership within a collaborative team
- Work in the team to design, implement, and operate secure networking capabilities
- Maintain the network and security hardware, applications, and services
- Respond to incidents, requests, and troubleshoot connectivity or performance issues
- Implement planned Change across all the devices and services under the management of the team
- Respond to emergency situations and perform effective troubleshooting during Major Incidents
- Manage Control, Audit, and Risk routines
Requirements Summary
5+ years of experience in network and security engineering, with a strong knowledge of infrastructure technologies and Agile environment
