We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Non-Financial Risk Management Team Lead to join our growing Non-Financial Risk Management Department. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the identification, assessment, and mitigation of non-financial risks across the organization.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in risk management, preferably in a regulated environment (banking, insurance, or similar)
- Proven experience in managing or building non-financial risk frameworks
- Strong understanding of operational risk concepts (e.g. RCSA, KRI, issue/event management)
- Knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks (e.g. Basel II/III, EBA guidelines, DORA, GDPR)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- English - Fluent in English (B2)
- Professional certifications (e.g. ORM, CRMA, CIA, IRM)
- Experience with GRC platforms (e.g. Archer, MetricStream, ServiceNow GRC)
- Experience in leading teams or mentoring colleagues
