We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Non-Financial Risk Management Team Lead to join our growing Non-Financial Risk Management Department. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the identification, assessment, and mitigation of non-financial risks across the organization.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in risk management, preferably in a regulated environment (banking, insurance, or similar)
  • Proven experience in managing or building non-financial risk frameworks
  • Strong understanding of operational risk concepts (e.g. RCSA, KRI, issue/event management)
  • Knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks (e.g. Basel II/III, EBA guidelines, DORA, GDPR)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • English - Fluent in English (B2)
  • Professional certifications (e.g. ORM, CRMA, CIA, IRM)
  • Experience with GRC platforms (e.g. Archer, MetricStream, ServiceNow GRC)
  • Experience in leading teams or mentoring colleagues
