ING Hubs Poland is hiring a Non-Financial Risk Management Team Lead to oversee the identification, assessment, and mitigation of non-financial risks across the organization.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in risk management, preferably in a regulated environment (banking, insurance, or similar)
- Proven experience in managing or building non-financial risk frameworks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
