DMI is seeking a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Teams operations, specializing in Teams Voice. The role involves customizing O365 applications, managing Microsoft Online Service, and providing temporary remote support. Requirements
- Proven experience Microsoft Team and MS Teams Voice integration
- Strong presentation skills in verbal and written communication
- Experience with DPP/DLP, including configuration, troubleshooting and deployment
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange Action Center, Exchange Management Shell, and PowerShell Scripting administration
- Experience with ServiceNow queues
- Public Trust background investigation and/or Secret Clearance
- US Citizenship
