On-Site IT Service & Support Engineer responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and resolving local IT systems, ensuring high user satisfaction, and supporting the rollout of new technologies.

Requirements

  • Qualification in the field of information technology or a comparable qualification
  • Experience in IT operations and support
  • Solid technical knowledge of hardware, software, networks, and operating systems
  • Good knowledge of Windows 11, M365, connected PC environments, and remote access
  • Experience in systematic error analysis and correction
  • Good communication skills in German and English
