Requirements
- Qualification in the field of information technology or a comparable qualification
- Experience in IT operations and support
- Solid technical knowledge of hardware, software, networks, and operating systems
- Good knowledge of Windows 11, M365, connected PC environments, and remote access
- Experience in systematic error analysis and correction
- Good communication skills in German and English
