The Onsite Engineer will be responsible for providing on-site and remote support for hardware, software, and network-related issues, managing tickets, and maintaining effective communication with end users and IT teams.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in IT support or related roles
- Experience in IT Service Management tools (e.g., ServiceNow)
