Requirements
- 3+ years of experience providing production support for internal or partner teams.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate with and influence at all levels of an organization.
- Ability to occasionally work weekends and holidays to provide critical support coverage.
- Familiarity with SAP modules (e.g., S/4HANA, ECC) is a plus.
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing system is needed.
