PAC Retail Online Production Support Analyst

This analyst role provides support for production incidents, coordinating both IT & TSO (Telecom Support Operations) functions and proactively identifying potential issues. The role involves analyzing data, fostering collaboration with stakeholders, and implementing changes to improve fault tolerance within the company’s systems. Strong analytical and communication skills are crucial for effective incident resolution.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience providing production support for internal customers or partner teams
• A keen passion for solving complex problems
• Ability to communicate with all levels of an organization
• Experience with SAP modules (e.g., S/4HANA, ECC)
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts
• Hands-on experience supporting telephony, network, contact center, and/or e-commerce solutions
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing system
