ServiceNow is seeking a Partner Manager Director to join the Global Partners team and drive new sales revenue with Genpact globally. This role focuses on business development, territory planning, and collaboration with the global partner ecosystem. The goal is to accelerate growth and enhance customer experience with a one of our largest Global Partners.

Requirements

  • Achieve sales quotas for allocated territory on a quarterly and annual basis
  • Align offerings and solutions with regional GTM and global GTM plans
  • Educate Field AEs on differentiation of partnership
  • Qualify, develop, and execute new sales opportunities
  • Conduct in-depth research of Genpact’s needs
  • Build the ServiceNow practice with Genpact beyond Cloud and Infrastructure
