Lion is seeking a dynamic People Experience Coordinator to join their team. This full-time, onsite position will focus on creating a welcoming and exciting workplace atmosphere, handling visitor management, HR system requests, reporting, and contributing to various initiatives. The role involves a mix of administrative tasks, project leadership, and excellent customer service.

Requirements

  • Co-ordinate and maintain a high standard of presentation on a daily basis of reception, ensuring all areas are clean, presentable and stocked with supplies.
  • Manage the office onboarding process for new starters at York St, coordinating with IT and other departments.
  • Deliver resolution of all Tier 1 requests, with all incidents actioned within the defined SLA of 48 hours.
  • Perform reporting in ServiceNow to analyse key trends and themes to ensure the team is actioning queries as required to limit escalations, and to proactively identify trends to build on knowledge management in Service Now.

Requirements Summary

3+ years customer service experience. RSA certificate, SAP system experience & time management skills. Strong communication and MS Office skills
