We are looking for a People Operations Specialist to manage employee data in Workday, including onboarding, role changes, absences, and exits. The role involves high-volume activities, resolving cases from ServiceNow, and ensuring Workday accuracy. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in customer service, employee experience, shared service centers, HR advisory, HR partnering
- Familiarity with HR processes and policies, ideally in multi-country or regional operations
