The People Services Team Leader will be responsible for the control, monitoring, and correct execution of the People Services core models, ensuring a One Sanofi, best-in-class service for our employees.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in HR or people services.
- Advanced Excel, data analysis, and Workday HCM experience.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or other ticketing systems.
- Workday management.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
