Requirements

  • Manage cross-functional projects and teams.
  • Develop and present the value proposition to the customer.
  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes.
  • 5+ years in Customer Engagement roles.
  • Experience with ServiceNow products in an Enterprise.
  • Strong documentation and presentation skills.
  • Active listening and ability to manage complex project objectives.
  • BS/BA degree in computer science, engineering or related discipline (preferred)
