Job description
Providence is seeking a Principal Engineering Program Manager for their ServiceNow team. The ideal candidate will have a background in engineering, computer science, or mathematics and at least 8 years of experience in a related field. The role will involve defining and designing solutions and services that delight caregivers and add value to Providence. The candidate will work with Engineering and business stakeholders to collaborate on solution development, manage releases, and establish the solution/service's identity in the ecosystem.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering -OR- a combination of equivalent education / experience
- 8 or more years of related experience
- 8 or more years of experience working directly with ServiceNow platform, modules, and service offerings
- Experience in a Healthcare environment
- Agile Engineering Environment Experience
- Experience managing the Service Now suite of products
- Product Marketing
- Executive Level Presentation Skills
- Strong Understanding of Service Now modules & capabilities
