Principal Systems Engineer

Hasbro is seeking a skilled Principal Systems Engineer to join their IT Collaboration team. The role involves supporting and evolving enterprise collaboration and identity infrastructure, including Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Active Directory, Identity Manager, and Teams. The ideal candidate will be a technical leader, able to drive solutions and mentor team members, and ensure operational excellence. The position focuses on maintaining and enhancing identity and collaboration platforms.

Requirements

• Architect, implement, and maintain solutions across Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, etc.)
• Manage and optimize Entra ID (Azure AD) and on-premises Active Directory environments.
• Administer and enhance Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) for identity lifecycle and synchronization.
• Respond to and resolve escalated incidents and service requests via ServiceNow.
• Promote security and compliance initiatives.
• Contribute to strategic projects related to collaboration and identity.
