Principal Technical Consultant

ServiceNow is seeking a Principal Technical Consultant to partner with customers in driving consumption, adoption, and customer satisfaction. The role involves leveraging technical expertise to influence implementation, providing expert guidance, and contributing to team innovation. Requirements

• Experience and Certification in at least 3 of the following products: ServiceNow Administration, IT Service Management, Hardware Asset Management, Software Asset Management, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Cloud Management, ITIL / CMDB implementations, ITSM Processes.
• Strong Infrastructure knowledge of Compute, Network and Storage platforms.
• IT Operations experience in Enterprise Environments.
• Current Knowledge of common IP Protocols and ability to troubleshoot Network connectivity and firewall issues.
