ServiceNow is seeking a Principal Technical Consultant to join the Customer Excellence Group, specializing in data & integrations. The role involves providing guidance to customers on how to leverage ServiceNow's platform for business outcomes, designing and implementing integrations between ServiceNow and third-party applications, and serving as an SME. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of configuration/development experience for complex integration technologies
- Extensive ServiceNow Integration Hub Spokes and App development experience
- Experience with architecting systems integrations and creating complex high-level architecture diagrams
- Maintain at least 2 ServiceNow mainline CIS certifications
- Maintain ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification
- Act as a technical lead on any engagement
- Extensive experience with Integration Technologies and SaaS technologies
- Experience with data management, database design, and database concepts
- Knowledge of technical components such as LDAP, VPN, SSL, SAML/SSO and other widely used enterprise technologies
- Strong Javascript skills
- Experience with development on the ServiceNow platform capabilities (Studio IDE, Mobile, Automated Test Framework, etc.)
- Experience with data management, database design and database concepts
- Strong interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude, and ability to operate within a culturally diverse environment
