Job description
ServiceNow is seeking a Principal Technical Consultant, Data & Integrations Specialist to drive consumption, adoption, and customer satisfaction for ServiceNow's Data & Integrations platform. This role focuses on integrating AI into customer processes, designing integrations, and maintaining the architecture. The candidate will be part of a Customer Excellence Group working with customers to help them achieve business outcomes.
Requirements
- 8+ years of configuration/development experience for complex integration technologies
- 2 ServiceNow main certification (CIS)
- 2 ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification
- Extensive experience with Integration Technologies (REST, SOAP, JSON, etc.)
- Strong Javascript skills
- Technical expertise in data engineering
- Experience with enterprise technologies (LDAP, SSO, etc.)
