ServiceNow is seeking a Principal Technical Consultant to join the Customer Excellence Group. The role focuses on driving customer business outcomes by integrating ServiceNow solutions into workflows, providing configuration guidance, and resolving complex integrations. Consultants design and implement integrations, solve technical issues, and act as a subject matter expert.
Requirements
- 8+ years of configuration/development experience for complex integration technologies
- Demonstrated ability to influence and consult in a complex environment
- 2 ServiceNow mainline CIS certifications
- 2 ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certifications
- Experience with architecting systems integrations and creating complex architecture diagrams
- Extensive experience with Integration Technologies (Web Services, middleware, SSO, etc.) and SaaS technologies
- Experience with ServiceNow’s Predictive/Task Intelligence, AI Search, and Virtual Agent
- Experience with ServiceNow’s Core platform capabilities (Studio IDE, Mobile, API, and Automating Test Framework)
- Strong Javascript skills
- Experience with self-hosted implementations and/or Domain Separation
- Data management, database design, and database concepts experience
- Strong interpersonal and customer-centric communication skills
