ServiceNow is seeking a Principal Technical Consultant to guide customer engagements. This role focuses on driving consumption, adoption, and customer satisfaction, leveraging AI to solve complex business challenges. The consultant will design and implement integrations with third-party software, ensuring best practice adherence and providing expert problem-solving.
Requirements
- Active Security Clearance (at least Level 2)
- At least 8 years of configuration/development experience for complex integration technologies
- Demonstrated ability to influence and consult in a customer environment
- Maintain ServiceNow Mainline CIS certifications
- Maintain ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification
- Strong Javascript skills
- Knowledge of AI Models, Deep Learning Models, and Large Language Models
- Experience with ServiceNow's Predictive/Task Intelligence and Virtual Agent
