ServiceNow is seeking a Principal Technical Consultant to help customers achieve their business outcomes by providing prescriptive guidance. This role involves integrating AI solutions with third-party platforms, solving complex system problems, and driving customer adoption. The consultant will design, implement, and troubleshoot integrations within the ServiceNow platform, leveraging AI capabilities like Virtual Agent and NLU.
Requirements
- Active Security Clearance (at least 8 years)
- 8+ years of configuration/development experience for complex integration technologies
- Demonstrated ability to influence and consult
- 5+ ServiceNow Mainline CIS certifications
- 5+ ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification
- Experience with architecture of systems integrations
- Extensive experience with Integration Technologies
- Understanding of AI Models, Deep Learning Models, and Large Language Models
- Experience with ServiceNow’s Predictive/Task Intelligence, AI Search, and Virtual Agent
- Experience with ServiceNow’s Studio IDE, Mobile, Automated Test Framework, and other ServiceNow capabilities
- Knowledge of Data Management, Database Design, and Concepts
- Strong Javascript skills
