Principal Technical Consultant (Integrations/AI), Platform Products Expert Implementation Services (Federal- Top Secret Clearance))

ServiceNow is seeking a Principal Technical Consultant specializing in Integrations and AI to join their Customer Excellence Group. The role involves creating and implementing integrations between ServiceNow and third-party software, leveraging AI-powered tools, and helping customers achieve business outcomes through prescriptive guidance. This position requires a combination of technical expertise and problem-solving skills to deliver transformative integration architectures on the ServiceNow platform.

Requirements

• Active Security Clearance Required
• At least 8 years of configuration/development experience for complex, highly capable, integration technologies
• Demonstrated ability to influence and consult in a complex environment
• Maintain ServiceNow Mainstream CIS certifications
• Maintain ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification
• Experience with architecting systems integrations and creating complex high level architecture diagrams
• Extensive experience with Integration Technologies and SaaS technologies
• Understanding of AI Models and Generative AI
• Experience with ServiceNow's Predictive/Task Intelligence, AI Search, and Virtual Agent
• Experience with development on ServiceNow platform capabilities (Studio IDE, Mobile, Automated Test Framework, Delegated Development, Flow Designer, Source Control, APIs, and Integrations)
• Strong Javascript skills
• Experience with Self Hosted implementations and/or Domain Separation
• Experience with data management, database design, and database concepts
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
