ServiceNow is seeking a Principal Workflow Architect for CRM & Industry Workflows to guide clients through implementing ServiceNow’s Customer Service Management (CSM) and Field Service Management (FSM) solutions. This role focuses on delivering best-practice solutions and improving business outcomes by integrating these systems. The architect will analyze client needs, architect technical solutions, and provide training to clients and consultants.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of consulting, configuration, and implementation experience with complex technologies.
  • 2+ years of experience focused on enterprise architecture and technical roadmaps.
  • Proven track record in designing and implementing FSM solutions.
  • Strong understanding of industry-specific workflows and best practices.
  • Proficiency in creating architectural designs and integration strategies.
  • Mandatory ServiceNow certifications (CSM, TSOM, Implementation Specialist, Technical Architect).
  • Experience with Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JS, Web Services, Bootstrap, CSS, middleware, LDAP, SSO).
  • Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant (Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant)
