Process Intelligence Program Director

ServiceNow is seeking a Process Intelligence Program Director to enhance the efficiency, effectiveness, and overall employee experience of the Global People functions. The role involves implementing business process automation solutions, analyzing processes, identifying areas for improvement, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive process simplification and automation. This position requires strong experience with Process Intelligence, low-code automation, and leveraging AI to improve operations across Global People Services.

Requirements

• 15+ years of overall experience with 10+ years of experience in process analytics, process automation and Operational Excellence/Continuous Improvement
• Certified Six Sigma Black Belt with extensive experience leading process optimization
• Proficiency in data analytics with Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and other visualization tools
• Experience in deploying business process automation technologies like Power Automate, Robotic Process Automation, and AI-driven tools
