We are looking for a highly skilled Change Manager and IT Continuity Coordinator to join our WB TECH Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) Team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science
- Experience in Change Management or IT Continuity Management.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes Change Management and Configuration Management and Agile principles
- Technical affinity (understanding of technical infrastructure).
- Knowledge of Service Management Tool ServiceNow is a pre.
