Product Excellence, AI Architect

ServiceNow is seeking a Product Excellence, AI Architect to develop and maintain advisory and starter pack engagements with Sales, Inspire Value, AI Solution Success, Product Success, Platform Outbound Product Management, and Customer Excellence teams. The role involves driving customer outcomes, roadmap, and value realization for GenAI technology. This position is a key driver of ServiceNow's AI capabilities and customer success.

Requirements

• 5+ years of ServiceNow Platform experience
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and other ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certifications desired
• At least 8 years of experience in a technology advisory role
• Proven track record of driving business growth and customer satisfaction
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
• Strong industry connections
• Customer-focused mindset
• Must be able to travel up to 50%
