Requirements

  • Identify, understand, and develop ongoing key personas for product areas.

  • Effectively organize and lead brainstorming sessions.
  • Serve as Lead Bills, Letters and EOBs liaison to align on incidents, impact and CAP.
  • Utilize product management tools to create, manage, and prioritize agile team backlogs.
  • Utilize ITSM tools (ServiceNow, JIRA) to provide insights into action.
