Production Engineer (f/m/x)

Production Engineer position at DB Global Technology in Bucharest, Romania, responsible for ensuring system reliability, automation, incident management, and performance optimization. The role requires strong IT experience, knowledge of ITIL V3 Foundation, and proficiency in Service Management tools and service monitoring tools. The ideal candidate will have exposure to GCP, monitoring tools, and SRE Model.

Requirements

• IT experience resource
• ITIL V3 Foundation certification
• Service Management tools (e.g. ServiceNow, JIRA, etc.) and service monitoring tools
• GCP and monitoring tools such as NewRelic
• SRE Model and execution/maintain deliveries within the SRE model
• Microservices, Spring boot, Angular JS
• Oracle, Unix Shell Scripting
• Oracle Management, SQL scripts/PL SQL, performance mgmt.
• Agile and Safe methodologies
• Cloud Technology i.e. Google Cloud
• Java, Python and Shell scripting
• Messaging middleware like Solace, TIBCO or MQ using JMS
• Monitoring systems like ITRS Geneos, Splunk
• SQL and relational databases – ideally both Hive/Impala/Spark SQL and a traditional RDMS, such as Oracle
• Spark framework on Hadoop with some background on the Hadoop ecosystem
