Development InfoStructure LLC. (Devis) is seeking a Program Manager to oversee IT service desk operations and provide outsourced support to the Library of Congress. This role involves managing complex service lines, leading a team, and ensuring compliance with service agreements and security standards. The position is on-site, with core hours Monday-Friday and contingent upon contract award. The focus is on delivering high-impact, adaptive solutions for the public sector.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or related discipline
- 8+ years of progressive experience in IT support/service management or related field, OR 10+ years in IT support/service management or related field
- At least 5 years of experience including IT service management leadership
- Proven track record leading multi-functional teams across technical disciplines
- Expert knowledge of IT service management frameworks and best practices
- Experience managing large-scale IT support operations
- Ability to use ITSM tools and platforms (ServiceNow experience preferred)
- Leadership capabilities including verbal and written communication
- Experience managing government contracts (federal agency experience highly desirable)
- Knowledge of project lifecycle management methodologies
- Understanding of Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI)
- Federal background investigation required
- Library-issued identification badge and ongoing security compliance
