The National Library Board (NLB) is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT Service Desk and Technical Support team. The successful candidate will be responsible for incident, problem, change, and service request management, as well as ensuring compliance to IT-QMS and security standards.
Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure services
- Familiarity with the ITIL framework
- Experience with industry ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, JIRA, BMC Helix
