D-ploy is seeking a Project Quality Management Expert to join their team. This role will be responsible for ensuring project deliverables meet high standards of quality and compliance, working with cross-functional teams and prioritizing compliance with industry standards. The role involves leading initiatives to assess, optimize, and ensure the readiness of IT Service Desk and On-Site Support operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in project quality management and audit readiness in the pharmaceutical or other highly regulated industries.
- Strong background in IT Service Desk and On-Site Support operations.
- Expertise in gap assessments, remediation planning, and regulatory compliance.
- Solid understanding of ITIL best practices, ITSM frameworks, and incident/problem management.
- Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or Remedy.
- Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
- Relevant certifications (ITIL, Six Sigma, ISO 9001, ISO 27001, etc.).
