ITility is seeking an experienced Project Support Specialist to join their team, which supports technical programs for government agencies. This role involves administrative and project support to technical operations leads, ensuring smooth execution of complex projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role within government contracting or consulting, and expertise in Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow.

Requirements

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and technical support to Technical Operations Leads.
  • Assist with project planning, scheduling, delivering stakeholder executive summaries (EXSUMs), and tracking project milestones, risks, and issues.
  • Configure, administer, and manage projects, workflows, and dashboards within Jira to align with project requirements and Agile methodologies.
  • Serve as a communication liaison between technical teams, project managers, government clients, and other stakeholders.
  • Utilize ServiceNow for incident management, service request fulfillment, and change management processes.
  • Assist with the maintenance and optimization of ServiceNow workflows and integrations.

Requirements Summary

3+ yrs exp. in project/program support. Expert Jira/Confluence/ServiceNow skills. Government experience with federal contracts/consulting is key
