We are seeking a Recruitment Coordinator with French to work closely with Talent Acquisition Consultants, Hiring Managers, and HR Business Partners. As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will be responsible for administrative tasks related to the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, generating offer letters, and pre-boarding activities.
Requirements
- Fluency in English, French (min. B2+/C1) is a must and knowledge of Spanish, Italian, German will be a plus
- Good command of MS Office
- Very good attention to detail
- Ability to manage different priorities at the same time
- Business maturity
- Proven track record of experience in a similar position
- Previous experience with Workday/ServiceNow
- Can do
