Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Application Support
- Hands-on knowledge of ticketing tools like ServiceNow or Remedy
- Experience with SLA and OLA support
- Experienced in Problem and Incident Management
- Flexible to work in 24 * 7 model rotational and night shifts
- Knowledge of application monitoring tools (SolarWinds) & .net & SQL Server
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
