Kotak811 is a digital bank offering a seamless banking experience with the trust and reassurance of Kotak Mahindra Bank’s experience and legacy. We are looking for a Salesforce Production Support professional with 3 years of experience in L1/L2 support or administration.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in L1/L2 Salesforce production support or administration
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, including profiles, roles, workflows, validation rules, and approval processes
- Experience with Apex debugging, SOQL queries, and Lightning components troubleshooting
- Familiarity with Salesforce security model, data management, and sharing settings
- Experience with Salesforce api integrations debugging
- Experience working with JIRA, ServiceNow, or other ticketing systems
- Basic understanding of Salesforce development tools (Developer Console, Workbench)
- Knowledge of Change Management and Deployment tools (Change Sets, Gearset, Copado)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills for user support and issue resolution
