SAP S/4HANA VIM Consultant

HelloKindred is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA VIM Consultant to support the OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) solution during the Early Life Support phase of a critical client in the IT Services and IT Consulting industry. The role focuses on stabilizing post-go-live operations, ensuring smooth invoice processing, and providing user enablement. It requires a strong understanding of VIM processes and SAP FI/MM integration.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience with OpenText VIM in SAP environments.
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture (version 1909 or later preferred).
• Proven background in post–go-live or hypercare support for VIM implementations.
• Expertise in exception handling, workflow troubleshooting, and indexing processes.
• Experience analyzing VIM Analytics and system logs to identify and resolve issues.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and user support skills.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow.
