Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering in Systems, Industrial or related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in IT service management or similar roles.
  • Knowledge in ITSM and tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira, or others.
  • Desirable ITIL certification (Foundation or above).
  • Experience in managing SLAs/OLAs and contract management.
  • Leadership, assertive communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Intermediate English (desirable, according to customers).

Requirements Summary

Bachelor's degree in related field. 3-5 years IT service management experience. Knowledge of ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira) and ITIL (Foundation or above)
