The role involves troubleshooting, resolving issues, user training, and maintaining knowledge base content. The position can be part time or full time, and includes supporting various internal teams and improving internal processes. Requirements
- 3+ years' experience in Customer Service, ideally in B2B Cloud Software companies.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent German knowledge (M.E.E. customer interaction required).
- Experience with DBMS, web applications, and SSO technologies.
- Experience using KCS to create and maintain knowledge articles.
- Knowledge of Databases (SQL Management Studio or MySQL Workbench etc.) is a benefit.
- Experience working in Ticket systems (Jira/ServiceNow) and documentation systems (Confluence/SharePoint).
