Requirements
- 3+ years' experience in Customer Service (B2B Cloud Software), preferably in Germany.
- Fluency in German knowledge for conversations with MEE customers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of SaaS/Cloud concepts.
- Experience with KCS and other knowledge management tools.
- Experience in Jira/ServiceNow and Confluence/SharePoint.
- Knowledge of Databases (SQL Management Studio or MySQL Workbench) is a benefit.
