SAP is seeking a SAP Signavio Support Engineer to help customers navigate their digital transformation and improve their business processes using data-driven insights. The role involves troubleshooting issues, maintaining knowledge base articles, and collaborating with other teams to resolve technical problems. Requirements

  • 3+ years' experience in Customer Service (B2B Cloud Software), preferably in Germany.
  • Fluency in German knowledge for conversations with MEE customers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of SaaS/Cloud concepts.
  • Experience with KCS and other knowledge management tools.
  • Experience in Jira/ServiceNow and Confluence/SharePoint.
  • Knowledge of Databases (SQL Management Studio or MySQL Workbench) is a benefit.
