- Monitor, manage, and troubleshoot backup jobs across hybrid cloud.
- Execute restore operations as per incident or request procedures.
- Perform routine checks on storage capacity and health.
- Document backup/restore activities in ServiceNow.
- Collaborate with cloud and application teams to ensure data protection compliance.
- Hands-on experience with VxRail hyperconverged infrastructure.
- Knowledge of monitoring tools for backup success/failure reporting.
Requirements Summary
Experience with Windows/Linux, Veeam, and Azure/AWS. Hands-on VxRail experience and knowledge of monitoring tools are also required
