Security Solutions Service Technician

Allied Universal® Technology Services is seeking a Service Technician to maintain and repair access control systems and IP-based video security equipment. The role involves installing, troubleshooting, and diagnosing equipment, while adhering to safety regulations and company policies. Travel to client sites and utilizing ServiceNow for service management are key components of this position.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Minimum of two (2) years of field experience in the electronic security industry
• State-specific licensing (or ability to obtain it), and a minimum level of insurance
• Strong computer skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
