The company is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Consultant to develop technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform, supporting the IT department and collaborating with other developers. The role requires strong communication, analytical skills, and the ability to work under pressure. ServiceNow Implementation/Development experience with at least 3 full cycles, Web Technologies and strong ITSM knowledge are required.
Requirements
- Develop technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
- Develop ITSM & other modules in ServiceNow Platform.
- Implement ServiceNow solutions and support developers.
- Create technical design documents and write unit test cases.
- Maintain knowledge of Web Technologies.
- ServiceNow upgrade hands-on.
- Knowledge of ITSM/GRC/SECOPS/HRSD/CSM/ITBM process.
- Work with global ServiceNow team.
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills & Ability to work Independently and with a team.
Requirements Summary
3+ ServiceNow implementations. Strong ITSM & web technologies knowledge is a plus. Excellent communication and teamwork skills are also required
