Requirements
- University / College graduate in computer science or other relevant discipline.
- Good understanding of how system works.
- Possess knowledge of application developments methodologies or system configurations
- 1 to 3 years’ relevant experience in regional solution/system support.
- Has exposure in at least 2 Workday modules.
- Familiar with ITSM tool (ServiceNow) is advantage
- Practical experience with HR processes and practices.
