BNY is seeking a Senior Associate, Production Services Application Support Analyst to join their Data and Analytics team. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 4-6 years of experience in a systems SCM environment.
- Hands-on experience with Linux command line navigation and troubleshooting.
- Experience with relational databases and query languages (SQL)
- Exposure to ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willingness to provide L1/L2 support, including weekend coverage and extended resolution timelines.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow structured processes and procedures.
- Familiarity with Azure cloud environments.
