Senior Auditor - Professional Practices

PayPal is seeking a Senior Auditor to execute audit assignments, draft audit issues and reports, and track audit closure. The role focuses on ensuring regulatory compliance, while also engaging with stakeholders and supporting internal audit strategies. This position requires a passion for understanding the online payments business and a desire to continuously evolve the audit department.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Excellent client relationship and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail skills.
• Excellent time and project management skills.
• Highly organized and strategic thinking.
• Demonstrated ability to see the big picture, analyze risks, and recommend improvements.
• Strong ability to coordinate action and collaborate across a globally dispersed workforce.
• Highly Desired: Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
• Highly Desired: Experience in developing or enhancing QAIP programs and Internal Audit methodology (i.e. Policies and Procedures) and experience with audit management and GRC tools (AuditBoard or ServiceNow)
• Highly Desired: Certification in one or more of the following: CIA, CPA
