ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Business Process Consultant, Expert Services to drive customer business outcomes by integrating AI into work processes. This role focuses on understanding process requirements from configuration and ensuring successful adoption of AI-powered ServiceNow solutions, working with key customer stakeholders, and providing support to the ServiceNow GenAI platform.

Requirements

• Active Security Clearance
• Five years of consulting experience for complex, global organizations
• Demonstrated ability to influence and consult across various industries
• Proven experience in defining and deploying future-state business processes
• Strong understanding of AI Models, Deep Learning Models, and Large Language Models
• Solid experience in converting business requirements to configuration requirements
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in providing Knowledge-Centered Service / Support
• Experience in analyzing and recommending strategies
• Strong interpersonal skills
