Senior Business Systems Analyst

HubSpot is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to lead projects, partner with stakeholders, and design scalable solutions for Coupa and ServiceNow S2P platforms. This role focuses on process improvements, system performance, and automation within the Source-to-Pay ecosystem, with a proactive approach to solving business needs and technical challenges. The role requires strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a Business Systems Analyst with a focus on Coupa.
• Hands-on experience with multiple Coupa modules (Procurement, Invoicing, Expenses, Catalog, Supplier Management).
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Source-to-Pay processes and architecture.
• Experience with ERP integrations (preferably NetSuite) and automation tools (Workato).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with high attention to detail.
• Global procurement, compliance, and tax requirements knowledge.
