Senior Cloud Operations Engineer

NiCE is seeking a Cloud Operations Engineer to support large, complex Public Safety software clients. This role involves troubleshooting, customer communication, and maintaining high customer satisfaction. Candidates will contribute to investor relations and support operational initiatives within a collaborative environment. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering (or similar)
• 1-3+ years experience in IT (Network and system)
• Experience with Server issues
• Network troubleshooting skills
• Experience in SQL database management
• Experience with Azure
• Experience with Grafana
• Experience with ServiceNow
• Excellent English verbal and writing communication skills
• Team player
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work
• Ability to travel up to 25%
